The college aids would, prior to the move, help complete an inventory of all artifacts and archival material to be moved to the new space, document material with no database record, photograph artifacts, create a condition report, make sure each artifact is labeled with its accession number, assign new location address, and update database records in the museum’s Collection Management database. When everything is moved into the new space each artifact and archival collection will have to be checked for damage, a second condition report created, and database records updated with new location and condition.
