Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Academic Program Manager and Developer, the Curricular Support Assistant/College Assistant will:

• Update and maintain database of articulation agreements
• Aid in the development and implementation of a periodic review system for existing articulation agreements to determine if updates are needed
• Assist in the development of databases for degree maps and curricular changes
• Help to create academic year-specific degree maps for undergraduate programs
• Assist the Academic Program Manager with new program development documentation and submissions
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex work environment
• Ability to carry out complex assignments and adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Hours: up to 15 hours per week
